When opening your invoice, you’ll see the available payment options based on what the business accepts.
Before you pay
It’s important to select the correct payment method type when entering your card details.
If you are using:
💳 A Visa or Mastercard debit card → Select Debit Card
💳 A Visa or Mastercard credit card → Select Credit Card
Choosing the correct option helps ensure your payment is processed successfully.
What if I don’t see the card option?
If you don’t see an option to pay by card, it means the business may not have enabled card payments for that invoice.
In that case, you may only see other available payment methods such as:
Bank transfer (ACH)
Instant bank payment
If you need to pay by Visa or Mastercard but don’t see the option, contact the business directly to confirm whether card payments are available.
