I am trying to sign up, but the system won’t accept my email

If you’re trying to sign up for a business account and receive a message that your email is already in use, it usually means that the email is currently associated with an existing customer account in Maroo.

Why this happens


In Maroo, each email address can only be associated with one account type at a time. If your email has already been used to create a customer account, it cannot be used to sign up for a business account unless it’s first released from that account.

What you can do


If you’ve previously interacted with Maroo as a client or customer, your email may already exist in the system under that account type.

To resolve this, our support team can help free up your email address so it can be used to create a business account.
