How Multiple Businesses Work in Maroo
When you use one login for multiple businesses:
You sign in once and access all connected business accounts
Each business remains a separate account
Each account has its own subscription plan and billing cycle
Financial data, invoices, and reports remain separate for each business
This keeps your records organized while giving you the convenience of managing everything from one login.
How to Set Up Multiple Business Brands
If you want to add a new business that is not yet in Maroo, you can create it directly from your account.
Log in to your Maroo account
Click your business logo in the top left corner of the dashboard
On the drop-down, select Add New Business Brand:
You will be taken to the “Let’s get your new business going!” page. Click Continue and follow the prompts to complete the setup
Once finished, the new business will appear in your account and you can switch between brands from the logo menu.
Note: This process is for adding a business that is not in Maroo yet. If you already have multiple Maroo accounts and want them accessible under a single login, please contact support for assistance at [email protected].
Account Consolidation Support
If you currently have more than one Maroo login, our team can help consolidate them into a single login so you can manage all your businesses in one place.
You will simply choose which email address you would like to keep as your primary login, and we will connect the other accounts to it.

This means you can access, switch between, and oversee multiple businesses from one account, making it easier to manage payments, invoices, and other account settings without the hassle of logging in and out for each business.
