Why is my account still not active?

When you register for an account, it goes through a review process for approval. To help speed things up, make sure all required information is fully completed.

If anything is missing, we’ll reach out either by phone or email, so please check your inbox (and your spam folder just in case).

Here are the most common items or steps people miss:

  • Email verification

  • Business address

  • Phone number

  • Website (if applicable)

  • Bank details

  • Social media profiles (if applicable, such as Instagram or TikTok)

  • SSN or EIN

We may also need a few quick details from you:

  • Did you sign up to send invoices?

  • Were you referred by an existing Maroo client? If so, please share their business name (this helps with faster approvals).

  • What is your approximate annual sales volume?

  • Where are you based?

  • How long have you been in business?

Once we have this information, we’ll be able to continue with your registration.
