Why is my Maroo account still waiting for approval?

Account approvals may take a couple of days after signing up. Our team reviews new registrations to make sure all required information is complete before activating the account.

If it seems like your approval is taking longer than expected, please log in to your account and make sure you’ve completed all required fields.

Check that the following information is filled out in your profile:

  • Email verification

  • Business address

  • Phone number

  • Website (if applicable)

  • Bank details

  • Social media profiles (if applicable, such as Instagram or TikTok)

  • SSN or EIN

To help expedite the approval process, you can also send us an email at [email protected] with the answers to the questions below:

  • Did you sign up to send invoices?

  • Were you referred by an existing Maroo client? If yes, please share their business name (this helps with faster approvals).

  • What is your approximate annual sales volume?

  • Where are you based?

  • How long have you been in business?

Once this information is completed, our team can continue processing your registration.
