Complete Onboarding Before Connecting Stripe and Enabling Card Payments
If you’re trying to connectyour Stripe account to accept credit and debit card payments but don’t see the Connect with Stripe option or notification, it usually means your Maroo account onboarding hasn’t been completed yet.
🔍 Why This Happens
To enable card payments, your Maroo account must first complete the required onboarding process.
⚙️ How to Complete Onboarding
Log in to your Maroo account and go to the Invoices page.
If onboarding is incomplete, you’ll see a banner prompting you to finish the remaining setup steps.
Follow the instructions in the banner to complete onboarding.
Important note:
The onboarding process must be completed before the option to connect with Stripe becomes available.

Once you’ve completed onboarding:
You will see a banner to connect with Stripe
Follow the prompts to connect your Stripe account
After connection, you’ll be able to enable credit and debit card payments for your invoices
