Maroo recently transitioned card payment processing to Stripe. Stripe requires certain verification steps for every account to:

These checks are now a standard part of setting up or maintaining your Maroo account.
🟡 Step 1: Check for the Verification Banner
Log in to your Maroo Dashboard
Look for a yellow banner at the top of the page
This banner appears when Stripe requires more information to verify or maintain your account
📤 Step 2: Submit the Requested Information
If the banner appears:
Click Add missing information
Follow the prompts to submit the requested details
Upload any required documents
Once submitted, Stripe will review the information.
⏱️ Review Time
Most verification reviews are completed within 48 hours
Your account status will update automatically once the review is finished
❌ What Happens If My Documents Are Rejected?
If Stripe rejects a document, you’ll be notified and asked to upload a corrected version.
When submitting new documents, make sure:
The information matches your account details exactly
The document matches official government records
All text and images are clear, current, and readable
Once updated documents are uploaded, Stripe will review them again and notify you when the process is complete.
