How Notification Emails Work
Maroo sends payment and gratuity notifications to the main email address on your account. At this time, only one email can receive these automated notifications. This ensures accuracy, reduces duplicate alerts, and keeps your account activity centralized and secure.
If you’d like a different email to receive these notifications, you can update your account’s primary email address at any time.
Adding Another Email for Account Access
If you want additional team members to stay informed or review payment activity, you can add them to your Maroo account as team members. While they won’t receive automated payment or gratuity notifications, they will be able to:
View payments and activity directly in the dashboard
Access client and invoice information
Support your team’s workflow without needing to share login credentials
Choosing the Best Option for Your Team
You can either:
Update your main email if you want a different address
Add that email as a team member so they can log in and view payment activity manually.
Both options help ensure the right people stay informed, just in different ways depending on your workflow.
