Configure Your Invoice Columns

Customize your invoice list by toggling columns on or off, so you only see the details that matter most to your workflow.


✨ What This Means

You can now customize which columns appear in your invoice list, giving you full control over the information you want to see at a glance. This helps you tailor the dashboard to your workflow — whether you’re tracking due dates, reviewing payments, or checking client details.

📋 How it works

Click Configure in the top‑right corner of your invoice list and toggle the choices on or off.

After clicking Configure, you’ll see the available column choices. From here, simply toggle each option on or off depending on what you want to display in your invoice list.

📋 Available Columns You Can Toggle

Here are all the column options you can enable or disable: (click the arrow button to see description)

📅 Due date

Shows when the invoice is due. Great for tracking upcoming deadlines and identifying overdue items.

📆 Event date

Displays the event date associated with the invoice. Useful for vendors who bill around weddings, shoots, or scheduled services.

💰 Paid on

Shows the date the invoice was paid. Helpful for reconciliation and financial reporting.

💳 Payment method

Displays how the client paid (card, bank transfer, ACH, etc.). Ideal for accounting and understanding client payment preferences.

📧 Client’s email

Shows the client’s email address directly in the list. Useful for quick communication or cross‑checking client records.

📝 Note to client

Displays any notes you added for the client. Helpful when you want context without opening each invoice.

👀 Last seen

Shows when the client last viewed the invoice. Great for understanding client engagement and timing your follow‑ups.

Once you enable a column and click Save, it will immediately show up in your invoice list alongside your existing columns — for example:

Important note:

You can select multiple column options at the same time.

  • Toggle on as many as you need to customize your view

  • All selected columns will appear together once you click Save

  • This makes it easy to tailor your dashboard to different workflows
