Why Am I Still Being Asked to Upgrade After Payment?

If you’ve recently completed a subscription payment but are still being prompted to update your payment, this is usually due to the app or browser not fully refreshing after the transaction.

What’s Happening?

After a successful subscription payment, your account needs a moment to sync and reflect the updated status. If the app or webpage hasn’t refreshed, it may still display the previous state—such as prompting you to update your payment—even though your payment has already gone through.

⚠️ This is a temporary display issue and does not affect your actual subscription.

How to Fix It

To resolve this, simply refresh your app or browser:

  • On desktop: Refresh the page or restart your browser

  • On mobile: Close and reopen the app

Once refreshed, your account should update and reflect your active subscription.

  • Right after completing a subscription payment

  • If you’re still seeing prompts to update payment after paying
