If your account was recently converted from a customer account to a business account, there are a few additional steps required before you can access and use your account normally.
Why Am I Unable to Log In?
When an account is switched from a customer profile to a business account, the standard login and password reset process may no longer work right away.
⚠️Important note:
Instead of logging in through the regular flow, you’ll need to complete the business account setup process first.
What You Need to Do
Once the account has been updated to a business account, you will be prompted to:
Create a new password
Complete your business profile
Submit the required verification information for account approval
Required Information
During setup, you may be asked to provide the following:
Business mailing address
Phone number
Website (if applicable)
Bank account details
Social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, etc., if applicable)
SSN or EIN
Important Note About Password Resets
If you are not receiving password reset emails after the account conversion:
Check your spam or junk folders
Make sure you are using the correct email address associated with the account
Keep in mind that converted business accounts may require completing the signup flow instead of using the standard password reset page
