I Can't Find My Bank On The List

Find out why your bank may be missing from the list and how to proceed with connecting your account or completing a payment.


If you’re trying to make a payment or connect your bank account in Maroo but don’t see your bank listed, there’s no need to worry—this is a fairly common situation and usually has a simple explanation.

Why Your Bank Isn’t Listed

Maroo uses Plaid, a secure third-party provider, to connect bank accounts for ACH payments. If your bank doesn’t appear in the list, it’s typically due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your bank isn’t currently supported by Plaid

  • Your bank hasn’t enabled the required integration with Plaid yet

Because Plaid manages the connection, Maroo can only display banks that are available within their network.

How to Check if Your Bank Is Supported

You can review Plaid’s full list of supported financial institutions here:

If your bank appears on this list but isn’t showing in Maroo, it may be experiencing a temporary connection issue.

What You Can Do Next

If your bank isn’t available, you still have options to complete your payment or connect your account:

  • Try searching your bank using different keywords or abbreviations

  • Use an alternative bank account that is supported by Plaid

  • Complete your payment using another available method, such as a card

  • Manually enter your bank details (if this option is available in your payment flow)
