How to delete your payment request?

Deleting your payment request on Maroo is easy. Follow these steps to manage your requests efficiently.

After you created a payment request, you can always delete it unless your client made at least one payment for any enclosed invoices.

You can delete the payment request by selecting any invoice on your dashboard and clicking Delete button in the bottom left corner.

If you don't see Delete button, it means two things:

  1. Your client started the payment process, meaning you can't make changes to this payment request in the next 10 minutes

  2. Your client made the first payment which means that you can now only Edit the payment request

After you click Delete payment request, you will be prompted to confirm the action to prevent occasional manual errors. After the payment request is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you previously sent this payment request to your clients, they will also be notified, that the payment request was deleted.
