New Feature: Available Limit Overview

Learn how to use the Available Limit dropdown to view your remaining Invoice limits, monthly allocation, renewal date, purchased limits, and available options for increasing your limit based on your subscription plan.


Stay on top of your monthly invoice limits with the new Available Limit dropdown.

The Available Limit dropdown gives you a quick overview of your current invoice limit without leaving the page. You can easily see how many invoices you have left to create for the current billing cycle, when your limit resets, your total monthly allocation, and any additional invoice limits you've purchased. If you're running low, you can also access options to increase your available limit based on your subscription plan.

The dropdown is available to all users and displays information based on your current subscription plan.

📍 Where to Find the Available Limit Dropdown

You can access the Available Limit dropdown from the global header in Maroo.

Simply click Available Limit to open the dropdown and view your current limit information.

📦 What's Included in the Available Limit Dropdown?

The dropdown provides a quick overview of your monthly invoice limits, helping you monitor your usage at a glance.

🔢 Remaining Available Limit

Shows the remaining limit included with your current subscription each month.

This is the base monthly allocation provided by your plan before any additional limits are purchased.

📅 Next Renewal Date

Displays the date when your monthly invoice limits will reset.

Once your renewal date arrives, your monthly allocation becomes available again based on your subscription plan.

📈 Monthly Limit

Shows the invoice limit included with your current subscription each month.

This is the base monthly allocation provided by your plan before any additional limits are purchased.

➕ Purchased Limit

If you've purchased additional limit capacity, it will appear here.

Purchased limits are added to your monthly allocation, giving you more invoices to create during your billing period.

If you haven't purchased additional limits, this section will display 0.

🧮 Total Monthly Limit

Your Total Monthly Limit is the combined total of:

  • Your monthly plan limit

  • Any purchased additional limits

This represents the total amount of limit you can create during the current billing cycle.

🚀 Increase Your Available Limit

If you're getting close to your monthly limit, you can select Increase Limit directly from the dropdown.

The options available depend on your current subscription plan.

🌱 Starter Plan

Starter users will be redirected to the upgrade page, where they can choose to upgrade to a Business Monthly or Business Annual plan to unlock higher monthly limits.

💼 Business Monthly

Business Monthly users can either:

  • Purchase additional invoice limits for the current billing cycle, or

  • Upgrade to the Business Annual Pro plan for higher included limits and additional features.

🏢 Business Pro

Business Pro users can purchase additional invoice limits within the supported limit ranges available for their plan.

⭐ Pro Plan

Users on the Pro plan will be directed to contact the Maroo team via email for assistance with increasing their available limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Available Limit dropdown look different for each plan?

No. The layout and design of the dropdown are the same for all users.

Only the information and available actions change based on your current subscription plan.


Does my Remaining Available Limit update automatically?

Yes. Your remaining limit updates automatically as you create invoices throughout your billing cycle.


When does my monthly limit reset?

Your monthly limit resets on your subscription's renewal date, which is displayed in the dropdown under Next Renewal Date.
