How to increase my invoice limits?

If you need to increase your transaction limits, you can do so directly from your account settings.

Additional limits can be added in $10,000 increments for accounts under the Business Plan, allowing you to increase your limit gradually based on your needs. This flexible structure gives you control over how much additional capacity you want to apply at any given time, rather than requiring a single large adjustment.

Here's how to adjust limits:

  1. Go to Settings on the upper right part of your screen

  2. Click Subscription & Billing.

  3. Select the Increase Limit option.

  4. Choose your Invoice Limit then click "Update limit"

I only need to increase my limit temporarily

If you only need a higher limit for a short period — such as for a specific month or a one-time increase — you can apply the increase temporarily. In that case, please note that the limit does not automatically revert back. You will need to manually reduce the limit the following month to return it to your original amount.

This setup ensures you have the flexibility to scale your limits up or down as needed, while keeping full control over your account settings.

What If I Need a Much Higher Limit?

If you ever need a higher annual limit, you have a couple of options depending on how much additional volume you need.

  • You can switch to our annual plan, which is more cost‑effective and automatically increases your annual limit by $100,000 right away.

  • If you need a limit increase beyond that amount, our team can help. Just reach out, and we’ll connect you with a team member who can review your account and discuss higher custom limits.

⚠️Important: Larger limit increases must be reviewed and approved by our team. Please contact us so we can walk you through the options and ensure your account is set up correctly.

To clarify, this feature is only available for accounts on the Business Plan. If you are currently on the Starter Plan, you will need to upgrade to the Business Plan to increase your limit. If you are on the Pro Plan, please reach out to our support team so we can discuss your additional needs. Contact us at [email protected].
