Questionnaires are designed to help you collect and manage client information efficiently. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about creating, sharing, and managing questionnaires.

❓ Can I edit a questionnaire after creating it?

Yes.

You can update your questionnaire template at any time. This allows you to make improvements or customize it for future clients without creating a new template from scratch.

You can edit:

  • ✏️ Questions

  • 🎨 Styling

  • βš™οΈ Setting

  • 🏷️ Name and note

Once your changes are saved, your updated template will be available for future use.


πŸ‘€ Can I preview my questionnaire before sending it?

Yes.

Before creating your questionnaire template, you can preview it to see exactly how it will appear to your clients.

The preview allows you to review:

  • ❓ The questions

  • 🎨 Branding and styling

  • πŸ“„ Overall layout

  • πŸš€ Submission experience

Previewing your questionnaire helps ensure everything looks correct before sharing it.


πŸ“€ Can I send a questionnaire without assigning it to a client?

Yes.

In addition to sending questionnaires directly to clients, you can share the link that is automatically generated after you create the questionnaire.

You can distribute this link however you'd like, including through:

  • πŸ“§ Email

  • πŸ’¬ Messaging apps

  • πŸ“± Social media

  • 🌐 Your website

  • πŸ”— Any other communication channel

Clients can access and complete the questionnaire using the shared link.


πŸ”” Can I remind clients to complete a questionnaire?

Yes.

If a questionnaire has not yet been completed, its status will appear as Pending in the Questionnaires module.

From there, you can send a reminder to encourage the client to complete and submit the questionnaire.

Once a questionnaire has been completed, the reminder option is no longer available.


πŸ“ Where can I find completed questionnaire responses?

Completed questionnaires can be found in the Questionnaires tab in your Maroo dashboard.

Open any questionnaire with a Completed status to view:

  • πŸ“ The client's responses to every question

  • πŸ“… The date the questionnaire was shared

  • πŸ“† The date it was completed

  • πŸ“Š The questionnaire's activity history

This makes it easy to review submitted information and keep track of client interactions.
