Send quotes directly to clients for review and acceptance
After creating your template, click Send quote to deliver it to a client.
You can also send it later anytime from your dashboard.

Creating a New Quote
You can easily create a quote using our Templates feature. Templates allow you to start from a pre‑built structure—perfect for recurring services or standardized packages—so you don’t have to build each quote from scratch.

Saving a Quote as a Template
You will be prompted to save the quote as a template during the Create a Quote Template flow. This allows you to turn any quote—new or existing—into a reusable format you can quickly apply to future clients.
When saving a quote as a template, you can:
Give the template a clear, descriptive name
Adjust line items or structure before saving
Reuse the template anytime you create a new quote
This ensures your most frequently used pricing structures are always ready when you need them.
🧭 Tips for Staying Organized
• Use filters to quickly find quotes by status or client.
• Keep quote names descriptive (e.g., Wedding Package – Smith, Corporate Event)
• Convert frequently used quotes into templates to save time.
• Review the Accepted tab weekly to stay aligned with upcoming projects.
