I Want To Close My Account

We understand that circumstances change. If you’ve decided to close your account, we’re here to make the process as simple and smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know to complete your account closure.

Closing Your Account: What to Know Before You Proceed

Before closing your account, it’s important to understand how closure affects your access to data, ongoing responsibilities, and subscription options. This article outlines what to expect so you can make an informed decision.

⚠️ Accounts can only be closed once all payments have passed the return window. This period may be 90 days or longer, depending on the type of payment processed through the account.

Access to Your Account and Data

Once your account is officially closed, you will no longer be able to access your account or any stored information.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Historical reports

  • Invoices and receipts

  • Transaction records

  • Tax documents

All account data and history are permanently removed after closure. For this reason, we strongly recommend downloading or saving any records you may need for future reference before requesting account closure.

Ongoing Responsibilities After Closure

Closing your account does not remove responsibility for past activity. You remain responsible for any issues related to payments processed prior to closure.

This may include:

  • Disputes related to previous transactions

  • Refunds issued after your account is closed

  • Chargebacks initiated by customers or banks

  • Any future liabilities tied to earlier payments

These obligations can arise even after your account has been closed, depending on customer actions or bank processing timelines.

Taking these steps and understanding these responsibilities helps ensure a smooth and secure account closure process. If you have questions or need assistance before closing your account, our support team is available to help.

Can I Downgrade Instead of Canceling My Subscription?

Yes. You can downgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription & Billing page in your account settings.

Downgrading allows you to move to a lower-tier plan while keeping your account active. Any changes to your plan will take effect according to your current billing cycle, and you’ll continue to have access to your account without needing to cancel and restart your subscription.
