I Want To Downgrade My Plan

If you’re considering switching to the Starter plan, Maroo makes it easy to update your subscription directly from your dashboard. This guide will walk you through the steps to downgrade your accou.

Cancelling your subscription or switching to the Starter plan is simple and flexible, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Here's how to cancel your Subscription:

  • Log in to your Maroo Dashboard

  • Click the gear icon to go to the Settings page

  • Click Subscription & Billing

  • Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page

  • Click Cancel Subscription

These steps will downgrade your account back to the free Starter Plan. You can also do this by clicking Choose Plan within the Starter plan box.

Here's how to directly downgrade your account to Starter plan:

  • Go to Settings

  • Click Subscription and Billing

  • Select “Choose Starter Plan”

  • Click “Cancel My Plan” to confirm

⚠️ Important Note

Before you proceed, here are a few helpful things to keep in mind:

  • Any active and unpaid itemized invoices will remain payable and will not be canceled or affected

  • Your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • At that time, custom settings and templates associated with the Business plan will be removed

  • You’ll also lose access to Business-only features

  • Any new invoices created after the downgrade will follow the Starter plan defaults
