You can send a manual reminder for any invoice that has already been issued. This reminder prompts your client to review and complete their payment.
📤 How to Send a Manual Payment Reminder
Open the invoice you want to follow up on.
Scroll down to the bottom of the invoice details.
Click Manual reminder.

Your client will receive an email that includes:
A reminder about the outstanding payment
