You can now generate a shareable link for your quote templates, making it even easier to send quotes to your clients.
Once you've created a quote template, Maroo generates a unique link that you can copy and share through email, text message, chat apps, or any communication platform you prefer.
When your client opens the link, they'll be able to review the quote and accept it online.
⚙️ How It Works
After successfully creating a quote template, Maroo automatically generates a unique shareable link.
You can access this link in two places:
On the success screen immediately after creating the quote template.
On the Quote Template Details page from your dashboard.
Click on the Quote and a pop-up will appear.
Simply copy the link and share it with your client.
📤 Sharing Your Quote
Once you've copied the shareable link, you can send it however you'd like, including:
Email
Text message
Messaging apps
Client portals
Any other communication platform
Your client doesn't need to receive the quote directly through Maroo—they only need the link to view and accept it.
👀 What Your Client Sees
When your client opens the shareable link, they'll be taken to the quote acceptance page where they can review the quote details.
Before accepting the quote, they'll be asked to provide:
Name
Email address
Once they submit this information and accept the quote:
The quote is automatically marked as Accepted.
The client's name and email address are saved with the quote.
The accepted quote appears in your Accepted Quotes section for easy tracking.
🚫 If a Quote Has Already Been Accepted
If a client attempts to accept a quote that has already been accepted, Maroo prevents duplicate submissions.
Instead, they'll see the following message:
This helps ensure each quote can only be accepted once.
