Can I access a deleted invoice?

Note: Only unpaid invoices can be deleted. Any invoices that have been paid will remain in your records and cannot be removed.

Unfortunately, no. Once an invoice is deleted, it cannot be accessed or recovered, as the system does not store or retain deleted invoices.

This is primarily due to how the system is designed. Deleted invoices are permanently removed to maintain data accuracy, prevent outdated or incorrect records from resurfacing, and ensure system performance isn’t impacted by storing unnecessary data. Additionally, this approach helps protect user privacy by not retaining sensitive financial information longer than needed.
