When setting up your lead form, you have full control over the questions you include. Each question can be edited to match your preferred wording, and you can rearrange the order to suit your workflow.
Editing Questions
Click the pencil icon on the right to edit any field (e.g., Full name, Email, Phone number) to update the label or placeholder text.
Adjust the format to better capture the information you need.
Example: Instead of a single Full name field, you can split it into two separate questions — First name and Last name — to keep your data more organized.
Rearranging Questions
Drag the three horizontal lines on the left to arrange the questions in your preferred order.
Place the most important fields (like Email) at the top for quicker responses.
Move optional questions (like Event date) further down to reduce friction for your leads.
Adding New Questions
Select + Add question to include additional fields.
Customize them to capture details specific to your event or business needs.
Choose from multiple question types — like short text, long text, dropdowns, and more — to build the questionnaire format that best fits your needs.
Questions overview
Short text question — Use this for brief, single‑line answers such as names, short notes, or simple details.
Long text question — Ideal for open‑ended responses where users may need multiple lines, such as descriptions, messages, or additional context.
Dropdown list — Provides a list of predefined choices where the user selects one option from a menu. Great for standardized answers like budgets, locations, or categories.
Single‑choice option — Displays multiple options, but the user can select only one. Useful for yes/no questions or selecting one preference.
Multi‑choice option — Allows users to select more than one option from a list. Perfect for questions where multiple answers may apply.
Date — Allows you to collect the event’s date and time so clients can specify exactly when their event will take place. Users can select the appropriate day and time, helping you gather accurate scheduling details for planning and coordination.
Adding an end date, as well as start and end times, is optional.
Number question — A number question is used when you need respondents to enter a numeric value instead of text. This format is ideal for collecting information such as quantities, budgets, guest counts, ages, or any answer that should be expressed as a number. It helps ensure consistent, structured data by preventing users from entering letters or symbols.
Why editing your questions matters
Customizing each question ensures your lead form collects the exact information you need. By tailoring the wording, format, and level of detail, you create a questionnaire that aligns with your workflow, improves data accuracy, and helps clients provide clearer, more relevant responses. This flexibility allows you to design a form that truly supports your business needs and enhances the overall client experience.
