Editing A Leads Template

This article explains what you can and can’t modify, so you can confidently keep your lead forms up to date as your business grows.

When creating lead templates, it’s natural to wonder how much flexibility you have after everything is set up. You might realize you missed a question or want to adjust something once the template is created. If that happens, it’s helpful to understand what can still be updated and what remains fixed

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to edit a Lead template

  • Select the template you want to edit, and a panel will open on the right side

  • Click Edit lead template

  • You’ll be able to choose which section you want to edit

Here’s a quick overview of each option and what you can update

    ❓Questions

Edit the content of your form by adding, removing, or rearranging the questions you ask your leads. This is where you shape the information you want to collect.

    🎨 Styling

Adjust the visual appearance of your form, including branding elements like colors and logos, to ensure it matches your business’s look and feel.

    ⚙️ Settings

Control what happens after someone submits your form, such as showing a confirmation message, redirecting to a URL, or enabling automatic email confirmations.

    ✏️ Name & Note

Update the internal name of your template and add an optional note to help you stay organized or clarify how the template should be used.

❗Be sure to select Save button after making changes in each section so your updates are applied correctly.
