When creating lead templates, it’s natural to wonder how much flexibility you have after everything is set up. You might realize you missed a question or want to adjust something once the template is created. If that happens, it’s helpful to understand what can still be updated and what remains fixed
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to edit a Lead template
Select the template you want to edit, and a panel will open on the right side
Click Edit lead template
You’ll be able to choose which section you want to edit
Here’s a quick overview of each option and what you can update
❓QuestionsEdit the content of your form by adding, removing, or rearranging the questions you ask your leads. This is where you shape the information you want to collect.
🎨 StylingAdjust the visual appearance of your form, including branding elements like colors and logos, to ensure it matches your business’s look and feel.
⚙️ SettingsControl what happens after someone submits your form, such as showing a confirmation message, redirecting to a URL, or enabling automatic email confirmations.
✏️ Name & NoteUpdate the internal name of your template and add an optional note to help you stay organized or clarify how the template should be used.
❗Be sure to select Save button after making changes in each section so your updates are applied correctly.
